That means home visits where we walk your space, listen to your needs, and recommend what will work for you, not just what’s new. It means installation that’s neat, reliable, and tuned so you don’t have to lift a finger. It means calibration for your TVs and projectors so colours pop and blacks run deep.

And when life happens — a repair, a fault, a well-loved system that needs a little TLC — we’re here for that too. Most fixes currently can take time as good and capable techs that we trust are few and far between. As a result servicing can take time, not the work itself, but time waiting to be inspected with the best experience then being offered to repair your prised component or speaker.   We generally quote a 12-week turnaround, with honest inspections and advice up front. Sometimes faster turnaround can be achieved, but we always prefer to be open and honest up front.
