Elac, Roon and more Elac – a winning combination!

I’ll cut to the chase – the ELAC Discovery Music Server, coupled with the supplied Roon Essentials software, is the most fun we’ve had in the digital audio space for quite some time! Simply plug your USB drive into the server (or NAS over the network) and you’re good to go. Roon makes it sooooo easy to access your music, and even find specifics like musicians who feature on albums. Best thing, the Discovery comes with a full implementation of Roon Essentials (same as Roon with some small exceptions) – fantastic considering a lifetime Roon subscription would set you back US$499!
We currently have the Discovery on audition in-store, partnered up with ELAC’s high-end active bookshelves (AIR-X 403), for a seriously good, but minimalistic, system!
Don’t be hesitant of going digital, this solution makes it so easy.
